Can a Guest take a Lesson?
You can register your guest for a lesson when you phone in or when you book online.

Can I Invite more than one Guest at a Time?
You can invite more than one guest, but each guest can only come twice.

Can a Guest be a Drive-Up:

On a Saturday/Sunday the easy answer about drive up guests is yes, but they must buy their own ticket at the hill and pay the club the $15 guest fee.

Day Trip Cancellation Policy

DAY TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY

No-Shows - If a member or guest has signed up for a daytrip and fails to show he/she is charged a "No Show Fee", equal to the cost of the bus portion of the daytrip cost. This fee (usually $20.00) is collectable on the next day trip.

Show-Ups - Any member or guest who shows up for a day trip and without registering in advance will be subject to a "Show Up fee" of $10.00, in addition to the cost of the bus & tow fee. Show-Up fees are charged to ensure that members register in advance so that buses can be confirmed accordingly. Those who have registered in advance have priority for seating on the bus.

Cancellation of a daytrip booked - You can cancel a day trip up until the 7pm of the Thursday before the trip by clicking on the Cancel link in the confirmation e-mail from your booking. You may cancel up to 9pm of the Thursday before the trip by calling in on the phone in line and speaking to a volunteer to cancel your booking.
Note: Anytime after 9pm Thursday and it is considered a no-show.
