We highly recommend that you consider a Charter Trip to ski or ride outside of Ontario. We offer two types of trips: Weekend and Weeklong. The Weekend Trips typically run Friday to Sunday and the Weeklong Trips run Saturday to Saturday.

NTSC organizes trips that are accessible to all members - whether you ski Alpine or Nordic, or Snowboard or even if you are a beginner or expert, you will be pleased with the selected destinations for 2010 - there is simply something for everyone!

We also aim to offer value-added trips that are affordable. This year we will be running 4 Weeklong options and 6 Weekend options.

Our Charter trips do sell-out, sometimes as soon as they go on sale. To ensure you are not disappointed, please bring your completed application and payment on the designated sign up night as in-person applications are on a first-come, first-served basis. Mailed in applications will be accepted the next day, given the trip is not already sold out.

Weekend and Weeklong Trips Include:
Lodging and Transportation, NTSC Welcome Party, Lift Tickets/Trail Passes, Shuttle to Slopes (if required), Taxes and Fuel Surcharge if applicable.

Payment:
We do not accept CASH. Cheques should be made payable to "North Toronto Ski Club" for weekend trips and payable to the designated tour operator for weeklong trips. Credit Cards can only be used for Weeklong Trips and a transaction fee is applied to your bill by the tour operator.

No sign-up form will be accepted unless signed and accompanied by the two required cheques (initial payment and post dated final payment) or a single cheque for the entire amount for each trip.

Cancellation Policy:
Please review the cancellation policy that can be found on the back of the sign up forms and also in the Read Me First/FAQ document.

Trip Confirmation:
A confirmation email will be sent out soon after you sign up to let us verify your email address. If you do not receive this email please email your Trip Leader. Updates are sent out to you closer to the time of the trip. Any information/reminders that we send you about the trip will be by e-mail.
